On 3/12/2010 Attorney Robert Krasney Filled 3 cases for possession of 3 different units against owner and tenants. On 3/12/2010 Attorney's Process Server Mark Wingo purportedly attempted service beginning at 6:45 a.m. which was before summons could have been issued. His second attempt was purportedly at 10:00 a.m. that same day.
