I went into the AT&T store and waiteed for about an hour and fifteen minutes to get up to the counter and have them tell me they couldnt not help me because I was not the head of the account. When we have called 2 times before to add me to the account, and the lead person on the account went in to the store the day before and told them. So for 1hr and 15 minute wait I recieved help for less than a minute. Also on top of that with as much technology we are acummulating these days, how can AT&T not block a number???
