Classmates.com took $39.00 from my checking account so I called the bank I do business with and they told me I would have to get in touch with Classmates to discuss a refund. When I called the number, I got a voice mail directing me to their web site. The choices on their web site do not give a space to withdraw membership. They offered a price of $9.95 last year when I signed up and now their price has gone up and according to the bank, because it is a subscription, I have to contact them.
