Watch out for these guys, we pay our mortgage directly each month and all of a sudden they change the acct. number on our check (we have a photo copy of it and they admitted it was their mistake) yet they have their collection people calling threatening us about non-payment, even after their customer support people promised it would stop...attorney general is the next step i guess. Plus they wont return calls, make you wait forever and then they actually hang up on you when you confront them...slime. When you try to reach anyone of authority they just string you out, no accountablity. read full review »
