Just thought I'd share something that occurred involving FedEx. Recently I started noticing that every time I ordered a package it would never come. I'd go online to check the tracking status and it would say "delivery exception" meaning the customer was not available to receive the package. In every instance I was home in my apartment waiting and in every instance at the same time between 11:30am-12:30pm the driver would claim I wasn't there.
