Returned an item following their instructions on their website. Sent proof of posting but they refuse to refund as it did not arrive and they have an approach which once you have complained they ignore you completelyand refuse to comment on the detail on their website. So no refund and no way of communicating. Should be called Ripoffnow.com. Their products are not great either. read full review »
