I ordered a chip for my truck. What I received wasn't what I was looking for. They had a return policy on their website. I emailed them and after 2 emails, they sent me the required RA# I needed to return the item. I returned the item and haven't heard from them since. I've sent quite a few emails and also tried contacting them through their website and no response. It's been months now. There are quite a few complaints on the internet for these folks.
