02/16/2011 Went through drive-thru this morning (they were not overly busy) I ordered at the speaker (1). Employee repeated order back to me(2), then ask me if it was correct on the screen(3). I said Yes. I then pull up to the pay window and had to re-verify my order(4)...I pull up to the pick up window and I am asked "what did you have" I tell them (seriously for the 5th time)..we get our food and drive off!
