Oct 19 2010 was terminated due to prior coachings, and productivity, and yet I had exceeds and meets on my last review. Also my coaching had 2-3 months before it was off my record.This was shortly after reporting to OSHA about safety concerns I had with working with faulty equipment, and work conditons.
