I bought a 2010 Ford Escape in the fall of '09 and the transmission began jerking soon thereafter. Huntington Beach Ford rebuilt the transmission or so they claim but the problem persisted, I lost two days of work, the resale value of the car has been compromised and the dealership now refuses to deal with me. I brought it back in last week, they said they'd have the car for two hours, and it ended up being all day, forced me to miss a day of work, ticked off my boss, their courtesy shuttle failed to pick me up, forcing me to walk... read full review »
