Items bought by mom for me for Christmas were too large. I placed return as instructed, asked for smaller size, sent two gift cards and check for other items ordered in addition to return. Wait more than 4 weeks for items then start emailing. They just return several email responses not addressing concerns. Finally I call and get run around on how they handled request, tell me I can use what they know are the unredeemed gift cards without a pin which was never given to purchaser. Now they have returned goods and $30.00 in gift cards I can't use. read full review »
