Do NOT buy from bestbridalprices.com. I bought a dress from them based on the size chart they had listed. The chart said the dress had a hip size of 40in, my hip size is 39in. I had myself measured at a dress store and by my seamstress. When I got the dress, I couldn't get it over my hips. Which didn't make sense since the website stated that the dress was an inch bigger than my hip size. I had my seamstress measure the dress and she measured it at 38in.
