I called the ATT ID Theft department about an attempt by Christopher Smith to use my ID to establish service for himself. The ATT person I spoke with told me everyone gets letters with other peoples name on them and this was not ID theft. I tried to explain that ATT sent me the letter regarding this person's service request and he had tried several other times to steel my ID. The ATT person would not hear my point of view and would not give me her name and hung up on me. Thank you ATT for your considerate service. read full review »
