I got ripped off too, but I called 888-455-2792 (number listed in someone else's post below) and when I told the person I realized this was a scam, she immediately told me that she was canceling my subscription and giving me a full refund. (I paid by credit card, so hopefully, this will actually be done.) I asked her where they operate from and she said Nebraska. I told her I was surprised they haven't been shut down because of misrepresentations, and I was sorry for her that she had to work for such a company! read full review »
