Coffee not always fresh and not served properly, eg: too much cream, sugar or old (more than a half hour). When we pay $2.00 for a large coffee we deserve to have a coffee thats fresh and to our liking eg: not too sweet or too much cream. Further I would like to be asked if I wanted a mug or paper cup!!! If I drink my coffee in the store why would I need a paper cup?? Their just too lazy to wash the cups. Plus they are adding to the massive waste at our landfill sites!! read full review »
