II boughI bought the WEN hair products while watching QVC. I have long blonde hair with a frizz problem. WEN products did not help at all. I followed their instructions. I sent WEN a nice e-mail asking for assistance about 2-3 months ago. Still no reply. So I did some research and saw that a real professional hair dryer could take care of the problem. I used Pantene shampoo and conditioner and used my new hair dryer. I will say, I am finally happy with the results.
