They were quick to take our money, but failed to deliver the entire order.We had to wait 3 weeks and take a day off to accept delivery of the furniture. Theresa knew there was an issue with the delivery but didn't think it was necessary to inform the consumer that there was an issue. Took a day off work and now they want me to take another one? No customer focus at all.
