Every bill I receive has at least one item that shows an increased weight. All of the packages in question were dropped off at fedex kinkos. Its not a dimensional weight increase since it would say that next to the line item. Right now i'm looking at a one that went from 1 lb to 2.5 lbs! I have to call each time to get it corrected, and each time, the customer service people say they have no idea why a package would go up in weight unless it was truly the wrong weight to start with.
