Bluegreen at Club La Pension New Orleans, LA expecting Maintenance fees based on budget sent out in October 2010--Due January 1, 2011. On January 5, 2011 (after maintenance fees due) received letter saying were closing the resort down for a year and were going to charge a special assessment of $1584 per week. No billing for the special assessment and not budget.
