Placed an order on January 11 for my son's party on the 29th. After three weeks, I still had not received my order. I sent two emails that were never answered. I received only part of my order today, Feb 3rd. Finally I was able to get a hold of someone through Live Chat who said I should have gotten an email when they shipped my stuff saying they had a system failure & that they were behind, voiding their promise to ship within 2 -4 business days. They apologized for having only fulfilled half my order & promised to reimburse me for those items they forgot. We'll see, but I couldn't be more unhappy with this business. read full review »
