I ordered my wife a cookie for valentines day, chose the shipping option to have delivered on valentines day. Of course the order did not make it on valentines day. I called to complain and they told me shipping dates are estimates, and we cannot help you. I asked about their 100% guarantee, and they told me it only is on the quality of the product. Customer service sucked, the supervisor was worse, and they did nothing to make me satisified. Horrible company, horrible customer service, do not order from them! read full review »
