I purchased a recliner on Jan. 16 2011. I was told it would be 3 to 4 weeks before the chair would be delivered to the store and that they would call me when it arrived. Five weeks later I called to see if my chair had arrived. The manager of the store told me that the chair had been discontinued and that they thought that I had accepted and picked up the floor model instead. But the floor model was still at the store.
