I bought and paid for an item, bedside cabinet, on ebay.co.uk on the 1st March which the seller refused to sell to me claiming it had been damaged and was no longer in her possesion (see attached photo). Clearly the photograph was edited to mislead as it did not fit the description as to the apparent damage the seller claimed i.e. said a young child had marked with ink but the photo proved this wasn, t true.
