On Weds. 2/09/2011 I mailed a letter to a local address, from myself, a resident of leawood, Ks. to a friend in K.C.Mo. and today, nine days later, the letter has not been delivered or returned. For a long time I have sent letters to this same person, address and it got there in one or two days. The letter and Valentine card with a memento was valuable in many ways. I am very worried.
