Dear sir, It is to inform you that I had purchased one maruti swift car from the stan auto ludhiana in the month of october 2010 in the name Radhu Ram Chugh.After certain period of time a stone was struck in the front window of my car while overtaking truck. This Curvature type of crack was further elongated. So I went to Stan Auto and requested to replace same but he accepted through insurance policy.In this way I will have to pay.In my opinion that the front window glass is not toughened.
