I would like to inform about the bad customer service and the bad way of talkin to the customer which was done by the mumbai online florists team I had asked them on feb 1 to deliver a delivery on Feb 6, which still has not been received by my recepient even on feb 18. It was for a marraige reception, in mumbai I had sent the delivery to the marraige hall where she was gettin married, and the delivery could not be received as she was busy ..
