first of all, etisalat have no absolute respect for customers, they service is downright crap, and deserves to be recognized for the disgusting service. The technician came in 4 days ago and still my 'e-life' package which i payed for is still not working. I have phoned many times, and all i get is 'we are trying' or 'today at 10:00 pm', or they put you on hold for hours (honestly hours).
