Regardless if you cancel and want your jewelry back in 10 days they don't answer the phone or respond to your emails. They told me they were wrong and were going to fix it and offered me more money and would find jewelry that would replace what was lost. I followed their instructions on how to get my jewelry back and they never responded. They said it was gone. I emailed them from two different email address and they said they never received them. I had time date and stamp proving they did get it with no failures. They don't answer... read full review »
