On the 3rd day of owning my Whirlpool Gold Microwave, it stopped working and gave a code F7-Call for Servicing. I won't go into all the details, but tell you that four months later, I have had people to my house 9 times to try to diagnose/fix the problem. Every electronic part on the microwave has been replaced and they are trying to do a second round of replacing the same parts. The last two times they ordered the replacement part, the wrong part was sent. I am on day 37 without a microwave. The exchange department has denied the request... read full review »
