I read some complaints and got a little concerned about my order. I ordered on a Mon afternoon, it shipped on Tues and I got it today(Friday). For free shipping that is pretty quick! I installed one camera it it is GREAT! I have 3 more to install. Everything works good and am very happy about it. It was easy to work and a little difficult to install. But I would rather have a hard wired system than wireless for quality purposes.
