I have submitted a complaint to the Customer Relation Services Manager about finding a "Cockroach leg" inside my cake while onboard a flight of Thai Airway. I submitted an in-flight letter form during my flight from Bangkok to Chiang Mai on board TG114 on February 26, 2009. The Customer Relation Services Manager only made a simple reply and totally ignored my further complaint and dissatisfaction about the way of handling complaint (S4/00050464-WB).
