Worst company that it's been my misfortune to deal with. Ordered a flashgun and arrived damaged due to insufficient packing. I returned it at my expense and received an "exchange" which turned out to be the same damaged unit. I returned the unit for the second time and am still awaiting a refund seven weeks after ordering. Camerabox has maintained a disinterested and cavalier attitude despite several emails.
