i was charged additional accesories which are not on the vehicle and some are standard. when i approach the dealer he does not want to look into this matter and wesbank also does not want to take my complain. wesbank even referred me to the wrong ombudsman to handle this matter. i think they just play this micky and mouse games with in ordewr to give up on this problem. How do i go through this problem, i am planning to trade in this vehicle for another and i can't because the settlement is very high in that it need me to put another money on top. if it wasn't this problem there was not goiong to be any issues on settling this vehicle. read full review »
