I'm quick to complain about bad service, so I want to be quick to praise quick and efficient service. My daughter was involved in an accident last Sunday 2/13/11. The car was totalled. We contacted Geico on Monday. On Wednesday the adjuster had arrived at a very nice settlement. Thursday morning we paid off the lien on the title and got it in the mail. The adjuster received the title yesterday. We received the check in the mail today. We've had two claims with Geico; both were handled very efficiently and so far they haven't raised the rates.
