Purchased a living room set from Mor Furniture on the HSBC Credit Plan. It was two years no interest. During the first year every payment made there was a late fee. I tried dealing with this idiots to no-avail. I even paid two months in advance during this ordeal and still the monthly invoice showed a late fee. I contacted them for the last time and asked for the payoff amount and gladly made that payment right then over the phone. Interesting enough I received another late fee the following month.
