I bought the Loreal Paris couleur experte thinking since it was the more expensive product, that it would achieve the color better than others. I am horrified by the results! I bought this light orange color, expecting SOME shade of orange to be my result. WRONG! my result, after 25 minutes, was a DARK brown shade. I'm going ahead with the highlights, praying that comes out fine. I am outraged by the results. No more Loreal products will be purchased by me. What a joke! read full review »
