Hi, After a lot of frustration while logging the complaint on Airtel Digital TV toll free, I'm writing this mail. I had recharged my account on 09 Nov 10 for one year with Rs 2647/- via internet recharge option of Airtel. after completing the transaction from bank, on airtel site it said unable to process but amount got deducted from my account. I logged a complaint to both airtel and icici and both said will take 5 days before they log complaint.
