I've been going on and off to this salon for 2 years. It's not my first choice but consider it as a last resort. I went in and showed a picture of carmel highlights but got blonde. While my hl were processing, the stylist cut 2 other's hair never once stopping in the gap to check on my hair. It was over processed. The greedy owner WOULD NOT FIX OR HONOR A DISCOUNT. Actually, she was going to charge me more to fix it. They told me that it was my fault if I didn't like it. I refused to pay full service as she was rude to me... read full review »
