I received their product and did not cancel in time so they charged me for the product (about $95). When I called they said I could cancel this product which I did on 12/28/10). They gave me the information to return the product for a refund, I did so on 1/4/11 and got a confirmation of delivery. The product was received on 1/12/11 at 5:46 pm. I waited for a couple weeks and called and they said they would have to check it out. As of today I have called several times and have been told the same thing each time and have yet to get a refund. read full review »
