I agree, , Never will use them again..I have had my pomeranians nails trimmed there for almost four years...I made an appointment to get him a full service groom one day while getting his nails trimmed..On the day of his appontment the nasty girl who was working asked for his rabbies papers..I told her that they had them already on file(my vet had faxed them before).
