The internet pays off, I was going to replace my engine in my S10 xtreme thru a GM dealership. Had some work done prior by a mechanic at a private shop and something was dropped in the engine and not removed. Had the dealership verifiy this as the engine was knocking and to replace and install was going to be $4300 och!!! Brought the truck back to the mechanic and had him deny the fact of something being dropped into the engine. Truck sat at his lot for a year (should of take him to court, but I think I waited too long). Long story short... read full review »
