Arrived at office for a scheduled appointment, after I was taken into back they skipped a bunch of clients (appx 20) ahead of me. They misdiagnosed my condition for the sole purpose of overcharging. Held a confidential counseling session with another client at same time. Staff was the most unprofessional I have ever encountered and I would recommend that anyone planning to visit a planned parenthood office to not go to the wilmington DE office. read full review »
