I had Webroot Spy Sweeper in the past. In Feb.2009 I had opted out of automatic renewal. On Feb. 14, 2011 I received an email informing me that Webroot automatically renewed my subscription. Since I opted out of auto renewal plus I had removed webroot spy sweeper from my computer some time ago this was an UNAUTHORITIZED CHARGE.
