The banker at wells fargo lied to me and told me i needed identity theft protection which i didnt and he alsocharged my checking account card every month of 14.50 with out my consent. as a result i ended up having multiple fees, and problems with my account, everytime i checked my account i wasnt the same as before. i called to have that 14 dollar charge removed from my account and they always said ok we removed it, and then it would happen again each month. they wouldnt let me close my account only to owe them more money. read full review »
