Bootsshop/warmandcosy list themselves on their website as one of the leading authentic ugg boot distributors. Purchased the boots and they did not list any shipping. Received my credit card bill, they had tacked on 20.00 for shipping. My daughter wore the boots once and they ripped. I emailed the company, my response was from someone in China who stated now they sell real cheap uggs never said authentic. After research learned they are not listed on Ugg website as authentic distributor. Shipped boots back which was 37.00 and address given was wrong. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read full review »
