I used the above mentioned website to get a free credit report around 6th January 2011, I cancelled my membership on 11th January within the 10 day trial period to avoid any money being taken from my bank account. I noticed that a payment of £19.99 was taken from my account a couple of days ago. I called the www.Creditscore matters.com and explained I had cancelled my membership but had still be charged, I was told they (conventiently!) had no record of my request to cancel and that I should have received an email back from them.
