MY cab was supposed to pick me up at 7am on February 17, 2011 but did not show up until 7:33 at the fault of the dispatcher. When I called the dispatcher to inquire as to why my cab was late, she was very rude and immediately put me on hold but did not ever return to the line. I continued to call back but she would not pick up the line. I finally got through when a new employee answered. I explained to him what happened and he assured me that something would be done.
