I have had this problem a number of times now (approxamate 4 times). I have paid good money for a R25 000 laptop and dell has failed to live up to its next business day contract...it is now roughly 7 working days that i last asked for support and no one has phoned me to address my problem! This situations has happened many times and all dell can say is sorry it wont happen again. Again? Where is the act of goodwill when you need it? That is what i require now from dell. I now want the customer care manager to phone me and not a consultant! read full review »
