Don't Use Quicken Loans!! you can save money and time going else where. I call them about refi my house and talked to a Berton(Burt) McLain, Executive Mortgage Banker with Quicken Loans I had 3 things i wanted to do, Take my wife off the title, do a streamline FHA refi, and lower my monthly payment My credit is great, i have a little cash to refi with, Burt assure me it would not be a problem, then he sai i did not have an FHA loan.
