We booked a cruise on Oceania which was going to Egypt and the Middle East. Oceania permits a cancellation, with full refund, without fee, if done more than ninety days prior to cruise. In view of the breakout of unrest and hostilities in the region, we elected to cancel. The booking agent, Key Vacation Center (aka Key Travel, Key Traveler, and Keycruises, refused to put through the cancellation unless and until they received a check for their "cancellation fee".
